The Duke Clergy Health Initiative’s definition of health is wholeness of body, mind, and spirit. We seek to develop a resilient, well-informed cadre of United Methodist pastors as skilled in the care of themselves and their families as they are in the care of their congregations.

The Clergy Health Initiative is a partnership of Duke Divinity School, The Duke Endowment, the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church, and the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. It is administered through Leadership Education at Duke Divinity.
