Resurrecting Excellence
A Multi-District Event for Elizabeth City, Durham, Greenville and New Bern with Dr. Greg Jones April 25-27, 2007
Program Description
“As human beings, we long for excellence in our lives and in those with whom we interact;” so begins the book Resurrecting Excellence: Shaping Faithful Christian Ministry written by Duke Divinity School Dean Greg Jones and United Methodist pastor Kevin Armstrong. In the book, the authors highlight the excellent ministry that they see occurring across the country and hold out a vision for a still more excellent way for all who are practicing clergy. Join Dean Jones on April 25-27 at Atlantic Beach for a conversation about the practice, shape, and beauty of excellence in your own life and ministry.
