Application

 

Eligibility Criteria
  • United Methodist pastor
  • serving in the Florida Annual Conference or the Western North Carolina Conference
  • full-time elder or local pastor
  • five years of preaching experience
  • not anticipating a change of appointment in the coming year

Preaching Institute Application

Interested pastors are invited to submit an application, which must include a sermon (of 15 minutes or less) and recommendations from their district superintendent and their staff-parish relations committee chairperson.

All applications must be postmarked by March 28, 2008.

Those pastors who are selected to participate will be notified by April 25, 2008.
