Tuition
Full tuition for the program is $895.
Meals
The meal plan costs $150 per person.
A meal plan is highly recommended as an affordable way to share in the Institute community. Three meals will be served buffet style each day at Duke’s Great Hall, Tuesday-Friday. Monday supper, as well as Saturday’s breakfast and lunch, are also included in the meal plan.
Housing
On-Campus Dormitory Housing
On-campus dorm housing is available as private or shared rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. The Duke dormitories offer an inexpensive, on-campus housing option in close proximity to the Divinity School, Duke Chapel, and Duke Gardens. Because of this proximity, your need for transportation and parking is also reduced.
The cost for a five-day session is $200 for a shared room and $250 for a private room.
Please note: These rooms are simple. The centrally controlled air-conditioning can create cold room conditions. The beds are 42 inches high from the ground with storage underneath. Shared bathrooms are located on the hall.
Hotel Housing:
If you would prefer to stay in a hotel, please make your own arrangements. A list of hotels where the Divinity School has negotiated favorable rates will be listed in January 2010.
