December 7, 2007 Paintings by artist Dick Wimberly are now on exhibit in the Divinity School Library. Wimberly is the spouse of a current M.Div. student and has spent much of his time in Durham painting local landscapes and various buildings and scenes around Duke University’s campus. Wimberly, a professional artist since 1980, has taught drawing, painting and sculpture in public schools in Albuquerque, N.M. and at Eastern New Mexico University. His work has been purchased by colleges and businesses for their private collections. The exhibit is sponsored by the Divinity School Arts Committee and will be up through Jan. 3.
