This Odd and Wondrous Calling

Author Lillian Daniel, senior pastor at First Congregational Church in Glen Ellyn, Ill., will preach in Goodson Chapel on Sept. 23 at 11:25 a.m.
Students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend a reading after the service by Rev. Daniel and Rev. Martin Copenhaver, pastor at Wellesley Congregational Church (UCC) in Wellesley, Mass., from their new book, “This Odd and Wondrous Calling: The Public and Private Lives of Two Ministers.” The reading is scheduled to begin at 12:35 p.m. in Room 0012 Westbrook.
Rev. Daniel and Rev. Copenhaver, who will answer questions following the reading, also will be available to sign their book, which can be purchased at the Divinity School’s Cokesbury book store.
