Duke Divinity Goes to Broadway
Third annual show raises more than $3,800 for charity
Duke Divinity School students, faculty and staff performed numbers from popular musicals ranging from “South Pacific” and “Oklahoma” to “The Lion King,” “Wicked,” and “Rent” on April 17 at the school’s 2009 Broadway Revue.
Nearly 750 people attended the annual performance, held this year at Durham’s Carolina Theatre.
The show raised more than $3,800 in contributions for the Alliance of Aids Services – Carolinas.
