Consultations
The Ormond Center offers consulting services to congregations, judicatory agencies, and other church bodies seeking assistance with long range planning, program development, and transitions in leadership. These services include site visits, guidance in data gathering and analysis, demographic assessments, conflict management, and support for decision-making processes, depending on what is needed. Fees are based on church size and on the type of services rendered by the Ormond Center staff.
