SCHEDULE

The seminar will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 6th, and conclude with lunch on Thursday, October 9th. Lunch will not be provided on Monday, but participants will have various dining options inside University Place or nearby the hotel. For options inside the hotel, see hotel restaurants.

Event check-in will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday outside the meeting room in the Conference Center, and the first session will begin at 2:00 p.m. that day. View the hotel floor plan.

ACCOMMODATIONS

All meetings, meals and overnight accommodations will be provided by the SPE Coordination Program at University Place Conference Center & Hotel. Each guest will receive a private room. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The Bellstand Closet is available for storing baggage prior to check-in or subsequent to check-out.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

By Car

If you will be driving to the meeting, parking will be available in the hotel’s underground garage. Parking tags will be available for you when you check-in at the front desk. View map and driving directions.

By Plane

If you will be traveling by plane, a pre-arranged shuttle service from the Indianapolis airport to University Place (and back) will be available through Carey Indiana Transportation. To reserve your spaces for arriving and departing, submit to the SPE Coordination Program the round-trip shuttle fee of $28 and your travel itinerary (including airline, flight numbers, and dates/times of travel).

Please schedule flights to arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Monday, and to depart after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. On your arrival day (Monday, October 6), the shuttle service will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the last departure from the airport at 12:45 p.m. There will be mini-buses running approximately every fifteen minutes (on the quarter hour) to transport you to University Place hotel. If your flight must arrive after the last departure at 12:45 p.m., a shared-ride van or car through Carey Indiana can be arranged for you.

**Upon arriving at the airport, all passengers must check-in at the Carey Indiana booth. If your flight is delayed, Carey Indiana will be able to accommodate your schedule change and arrange transportation to the hotel.
