Duke Youth Academy Reunion 2008
At the 2008 Duke Youth Academy Reunion, take time to rekindle old friendships and make new ones, do theology in the DYA way, and be renewed by the Spirit!
Students and staff from all seven years of the Duke Youth Academy will gather to enjoy all of your favorite parts of DYA, from morning prayer to service projects, plenary sessions with Duke faculty to time in small groups, even yummy mocha java milkshakes!
We will spend much of our time on the picturesque Duke University campus, with activities at the Divinity School and Sunday morning Worship at Duke Chapel. We will sleep in cabins and enjoy fellowship in the beautiful rustic setting of Camp Chestnut Ridge, which is only a few miles away from Duke in Efland, NC.
When
February 8-10, 2008
Check-in begins at 4:00pm on Friday afternoon at Camp Chestnut Ridge.
Check-out will be Sunday at 1:00pm.
Shuttle service to RDU Airport will be available.
How to Register
Register online and then mail your check or money order to DYA.
Confirmation will be mailed to you within two weeks of receiving your registration information.
Cost
Early bird registration, due November 5, is $100, and regular registration, due December 3, is $115.
Registration cost includes food, lodging, and program costs for the weekend.
Former staff wishing to come only for the day on Saturday may do so for $25.
Travel
Please make your own travel arrangements to Durham. If you are flying, DYA will pick you up and return you to the airport (RDU). Be sure to let DYA know your flight information if you plan to travel by air.
