Cost
Each student of the Duke Youth Academy receives a full-tuition scholarship, thanks to the generosity of Lilly Endowment, Inc. Room and board for the two-week program is $700. Need-based financial aid for room and board is available to qualified applicants.
Financial Aid
Lilly Endowment, Inc, provides a full-tuition scholarship for each student (worth $3,800). Financial aid for the $700 room and board is available to qualified applicants. Admissions decisions are not affected by financial aid requests, though financial aid applications must be submitted with the program application.
Application Process
The application for the 2008 program is now available. Application requires basic biographical information, two essays, a recommendation from your pastor or youth pastor, and a recommendation from another trusted adult. The application deadline for the 2008 program is February 15, 2008.
Admission
Program acceptances and financial aid awards will be mailed March 31, 2008.
