Alumni serving in the United Kingdom gathered last May in Llandudno, Wales, for “The Heart of Worship,” a conference sponsored by the Methodist Church in Great Britain. Conference speaker Karen Westerfield Tucker D’79 caught up with five of her former Duke Divinity students: (l to r) Kara Cooper D’02, campus minister at the University of Birmingham; Sarah Hamilton D’05, who has returned to the United States for an appointment in Missouri; and Will Grady D’04. Missing from the photo were Rachel Downs-Lewis D’01, D’03 and Robert Lewis D’00, D’03, who are pastoring near Sheffield, England. Westerfield Tucker is professor of worship at Boston University School of Theology.
