Northern Light United Church Position Description Title: Director of Spiritual Formation for Youth; full-time, salaried position
Purpose: To lead and model Spiritual Formation for youth from nursery through high school, focusing primarily on middle- and high-school ages. Qualifications: Minimum BA college education, with training and/or experience in youth ministry and spiritual formation. Must have energy, enthusiasm, and compassion for youth and God.
