Job Description: Coordinate ministries with children and youth and all faith development programs relating to the lives of children, youth and their families. Work as a team with the pastor and associate pastor for music, along with lay leadership, to lead the church in worship. Use biblically-based spiritual growth as a priority in planning programs and activities for children, youth and their families, along with training lay leaders of children and youth. Qualifications: Male or female, Master of Divinity degree from accredited theological seminary or divinity school required, Ordained or ready to be ordained, Church Profile: Loving, stable and vibrant community of faith on mission for Christ locally and globally, Mid-sized church located in western Carolina mountains near Asheville, Primary ministry partner is Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, Traditional worship style, History of long tenures among ministerial staff.
