Ridge Road is prayerfully seeking someone with a passion for enlisting, equipping, enabling, & empowering persons for ministry. The ideal candidate will show evidence of a clear calling to education ministry & will work enthusiastically to achieve successful outcomes within a ministerial team environment. We seek candidates who are energetic, dedicated to out-reach, innovative, & capable of growing an education program qualitatively & quantitatively by leading & coordinating a comprehensive program of Christian education & spiritual development. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills to foster intergenerational relationships. Seminary training is required. RRBC is affiliated with CBF, & the Baptist State Convention with 400 resident members.
