Director of Young Adult Discipleship develops comprehensive discipleship ministry for growing number of young adults in a growing large-membership church in mid-town Mobile. Position open to Elder, Deacon, or lay person. Person works closely with Director of Adult Discipleship, as well as Discipleship teams for youth and children. Also, close interaction with 3-member clergy staff. Other opportunities (communications, pastoral care, worship leadership etc.) based on ability and calling. Salary $50,000+ with benefits.
