Baptist church seeking an Assoc. Minister of Youth and Children. Will be responsible for leading missions and discipleship studies, coordinating special events, and expanding current programs. Located in the foothills of NC; Avg. worship attendance 200; Growing youth and children's programs; Active, supportive youth/children's committees; SBC/CBF aligned; Blended worship style;Current ministers include Senior Pastor and Minister of Worship.Looking for candidate: Follower of Christ; Ability to balance discipline and love for our youth/children;Willingness to be engaged in youth/children's lives outside of church; M.Div. preferred.
