Praying For: Our ministry team is praying for a creative, high-energy self-starter with good organizational and communication skills, a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for students and their families. Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, conducting a comprehensive ministry to middle and high school students including a student-led worship service; recruiting and maintaining a team of volunteer counselors, leaders, teachers and mentors; reaching out to unchurched students; interacting with parents; and coordinating with the volunteer children's ministry. Requirements: Youth ministry experience is essential; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Salary: Competitive salary, 35K to 39K depending on experience and education, plus benefits including health.
