25 hours per week Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, experience in youth and young adult ministries in the context of Christian ministry, excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literacy preferred.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: serve as mentor, leader, and counselor for youth in grades 6-12 and their families. Be the primary staff contact and coordinator for ministries to and with young adults, including young adult Sunday School classes, ministries of the college council, and ministries of the young adult council. Participate in and give leadership to denominational and conference activities for youth and young adults when appropriate. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
