Reporting to the Chair of the Board of Trustees, The President & CEO will lead this 20 year old membership organization and be responsible for the development and promotion of faith-based programming in a commercial arena and the overall directorship of this multi-million dollar not-for-profit. In partnership with the Board and senior leadership, s/he will implement strategy to support the organization's mission, objectives and long-range goals. Moreover, s/he will ensure that the organizations business is conducted in a fiscally responsible manner, while seeing that the brand and reputation of the organization have a purpose and identity. S/he will also keep abreast of developments, trends and new information within the media arena in order to promote growth and effective development of the member organization. The President & CEO will ensure that the personnel and business management practices are carried out according to high professional standards, and represent the organization in public forums.
