First Congregational, a non-denominational church located on Old Mission Pennisula in beautiful Traverse City,Michigan, is searching for a Senior Pastor who is theologically evangelical, homeletically superior,a committed spiritual leader and a visionary with a servant's heart. First Congrgational is a 600 active member church that offers four weekly worship services on Saturday and Sunday with a distinctive style of worship at each of them. Our next pastor will succeed our present senior pastor of 25 years. We are looking for a pastoral leader who will build on our past and present and inspire us to a dynamic ministry in the future.
