The Fund for Theological Education is an ecumenical advocate for excellence an diversity in pastoral ministry and theological scholarship. It supports the next generation of leaders among pastors and educators, providing fellowships and a network of support for gifted young people from all denominations and racial/ethnic backgrounds. The purpose of this position is to assist in the creation and coordination of activites related to mobilizing the networks of pastors, teachers and other leaders from Christian communities who have particapted in the Fund's programs.
