The atmosphere at Duke Divinity School encourages students to fuse their enthusiasm for doing faithful and effective ministry with their desire and pursuit for learning. Chapter 2 seeks to echo this same notion by offering information regarding the academic life at Duke Divinity School. This chapter explores the Certificate of Gender, Theology, and Ministry as a recent addition to curriculum opportunities at Duke Divinity School. A list of the program’s affiliates is followed by another list of other female Divinity faculty. Also, this chapter displays an inventory of courses concentrated on topics of gender. Chapter 2 contains the affiliates of the certificate’s bibliographies of their favorite texts related their diverse fields of study. Finally, the last section of chapter 2 is reserved for Duke Library and Digital resources. This section contains information to assist in research efforts for students, faculty, and staff. May this chapter serve to further bind our minds and hearts together.
