What to Wear
Conference attire is “business casual.” The average high temperature for Oakland, California in June is 70 degrees and the average low is 50 degrees. Occasionally meeting rooms are cool, so please dress accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
This conference is subject to cancellation. In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, Duke University is not responsible for any airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by participants.
Refunds & Substitutions
If you register but cannot attend the conference, you may submit a written request for a refund or substitute another individual. Half of your registration fee is refundable upon written notification. All refund requests must be received in writing prior to June 22, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this date. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
